1Acceptance of Terms

By using the Yousef Soltan educational platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the platform.

2Account and Access

The account is personal and dedicated to a single student only. Sharing login credentials or using the account from more than one device at the same time is prohibited.

• Every student is responsible for keeping their own password confidential
• The platform has the right to suspend any account found to be shared
• Access to a lesson is activated after payment is manually confirmed by the support team

3Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, files, and quizzes are the exclusive property of the platform and the teacher. Downloading, recording, republishing, or sharing them in any form is strictly prohibited.

• Every video carries a watermark with the student's name
• Downloading or recording the content exposes the account to suspension and legal accountability

4Payment and Refunds

Sold per lesson: you pay for each lesson separately via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, and the payment is confirmed manually. Once confirmed, you get permanent access to the lesson. A refund can be requested through support according to the published refund policy.

5Usage Conduct

The student agrees to use the platform for educational purposes only, and not to attempt to hack it, damage it, or misuse any of its services.

6Changes

The platform has the right to update these terms at any time, and students will be notified of any material changes via the platform or WhatsApp.
